Cotton Clouds festival is back this year with its biggest lineup yet.
The Lightning Seeds, Badly Drawn Boy and The Pigeon Detectives are amongst the latest additions to the Oldham festival which sees a Friday night added to the initial Saturday date on August 17-18 at Saddleworth Cricket Club in Oldham.
These bands join Sister Sledge, Starsailor, Toploader, Scarlet, Gareth Brooks,
Billy Bibby and The Wry Smiles, The Orielles, Average Sex, Trampolene and many more.
The brainchild and baby of legendary Liverpudlian Ian Broudie, The Lightning Seeds have been an indisputable presence on the guitar pop landscape since their genesis in 1989 and are set to headline Friday night.
Landing amidst the bucolic hills of the Peak District National Park this Summer, Cotton Clouds Festival 2018 will be nestling itself into one of the cosiest festival settings for not just one, but two blissful days of music.
Street food stalls, pop up bars and a real ale tent will all be on site to serve up the festival delicacies you need to keep you grooving long into the evening.
The festival will also be offering its first ever commissioned beer – a collaboration with the local Donkeystone Brewery to produce the Cotton Clouds Ale.
Day tickets are £25 for Friday and £45 for Saturday, while a weekend ticket comes in at £70 – all tickets are on sale now.
