Preview: Fantasy Premier League GW34

It’s a mammoth gameweek ahead with eight sides playing twice over six days (including a Saturday packed with action all day) as things get interesting.

GW34 deadline: 11:30 [BST]

TGF Championship
1. Babgee Broncos (Ken Mulandi) 1990
2 Speedsters FC (Arun Kumar) 1925
3. Ewberz army (Harry Ewbank) 1907
4. Omnishambles reserve (Chris Rigby) 1893
5. Hakuna Juan Mata (Nathan Albon) 1832
6. The Halitosis Kid (Bruce Chambers) 1808
7. BROOKSYXI (Ben Brookes) 1807
Top scorer last gameweek: 9. Carlisle’s Reserves (Jack Cousin) 59

GW34 picks
Goalkeeper
Loris Karius LIV £4.8m BOU [H]
One of the standout improved players this campaign, he’s almost gone under-the-radar. The German stopper looks cheap considering his side’s run-in (even if results are crazy at this time of year) as a first-choice bargain will come in handy.

Defender
Harry Maguire LEI £5.6m BUR [A] SOU [H]
Touted for a start at the World Cup with England, the former Sheffield United man still hasn’t ended up with a big price tag so far – which in context is surprising. His side plays one of their biggest games of the season and a fairly straightforward midweek outing this gameweek so he has it all to prove against a low-scoring opposition.

Midfielder
Luka Milivojević CRY £4.9m BHA [H]
It’s incredible that almost every week this man produces for his team from set-pieces and with a huge derby coming up this weekend, don’t bet against him doing it again. The hard-man is often forgotten about by pundits but he shouldn’t be by you.

Forward
Harry Kane TOT £12.9m MCI [H] BHA [A]
This man is desperate for goals, end of story. With two big opportunities to make his mark this gameweek, his hefty price should be worth it.
