The Manchester Arena will open its doors for the first time since May on Saturday 9th September.
The arena will play host to a number of famous Manchester names including Noel Gallagher, who was the first to announce the gig on his Twitter this morning.
The attacks in May killed 22 people at an Ariana Grande concert, tributes followed including during an emotional gig from The Courteeners at Old Trafford, they are another band who will feature at the ‘We Are Manchester’ gig next month.
All profits from the charity event will go towards the Manchester Memorial Fund, which will therefore be utilised in order to create a permanent memorial in the city for the victims.
More bands and artists will be announced over the next few weeks.
Tickets go on sale a 9am tomorrow (Thursday 17th August).
